All-Day Trial Admission

When is an AD Trial Admission granted?

A trial admission is granted on a conditional basis to a parent who wishes their student tryout the AD or AS program. Trial admissions are scheduled on a day of LIIP's choosing to avoid inconveniencing courses in motion, tests, or other events which would not adequately reflect the content of the program. Additionally, trial admissions are open to one student per day per program.

Process

  1. Parent has a consultation with the LIIP Admin team (either Ms. Jang or Mr. Park).
  2. Student takes a MAP test and an SR test (can skip if SR score is less than six (6) months old).
  3. Parent meets with with the LIIP Admin team to discuss test results and grade placement.
  4. Student can join LIIP AD for a one-day trial after:
    1. Parent completes all paperwork,
    2. Parent signs a media release form for the student,
    3. and Parent agrees to the designated date of attendance.
  5. Parent checks off these requirements to prepare Student for the one-day LIIP AD trial:
    1. Student has a pencil, an eraser, a pencil case, and a notebook.
    2. Parent has read, understood, and explained LIIP's Expectations & Rules to the Student.
    3. LIIP confirms with Parent that all previous admissions steps have been completed.
  6. Student arrives before All-Day classes begin and enjoys a day at LIIP.
